Guess the 70

Which of these 2 coins is graded MS70? One of them is MS70 and the other is MS69. Vote and comment.

I voted for Coin #1 at the 70. Coin #2 has some distracting marks, especially on the left breast. TC

 

Besides the breast on #2, it looks like there is some rub along the edge of the flag as well as 2 or 3 tick marks in the right field of the obverse.

#1...just looks it..

 

Both are just as likely to be given an arbitrary grade like 70. Interesting contest but I think it will be more of guesswork than anything else. Who knows, maybe both are 70's or 69's.
