    Hi gang!

Ive been gone for awhile. Glad to be back though. Love this forum and enjoy reading everyones posts.

Anyway I found me a nice lil coin shop in a town close to me that I dont feel I have to pay for the guys "overhead'. Just him, coins and nothing else fancy about it. Love it! The guy seems real fair too.

I have a thing for Walking Liberty Halves and spotted this one. It "spoke" to me, so I worked out a deal with him. Tell me what you think it may grade and what YOU may pay for it.

    Thanks

Grade? Depending on strike, somewhere in the AU-50 (with a great strike) to MS-62 (with a nasty strike)

Price? I really like the toning, but I wouldn't pay much of a premium for it. I'd probably pay $17 for it.

    Nice find! :high5:

Cool, I paid $20. The toning looks even better than pics.

    Thanks for taking a look.

Low AU with nice toning I would be around $9 at best.

It looks like a coin dipped in MS-70 and the residue toned it - I have seen this very often, but maybe it isn't.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

If I fell in love with it in hand and was in the market for one of these, I'd be in at $10-$12. $20 is way too much for a circulated, dipped and retoned, late date, common Walker. Sorry, although it does have a certain charm.

$12 would have been my max on that, but you're the one that has it in hand.

i love toned coins and a lot here has graded your coin on
your pics but not one has told you that the pics are to small
    to grade your coin on
you should try photo bucket or keep your pics below 250kb
    i think you done well

Low end AU and worth about $15. The toning looks real but I've been fooled before...
