GTGGTG 1883o Morgan Dollar

    I got this today. It looks like there is a die clash on liberty's chin. Please tell more on that if you can.

    Anyways, guess the grade of this NGC graded coin.

    Clash? Do you mean where the jawline meets the neckline? If so, that is a very common clash from the leading edge of the eagle's right wing (viewer's left).

    I'd say MS61/62

    More info, 1883o was a year that was struck rather lightly and some high points did not show up as strong.

    I'd probably call this a slider , but since the fields are pretty much circulation hit free , I think the NGC went 62 .

    cheek too scuffy for 63, but nice reverse. I go 62....
