A gorgeous 1909 VDB that I couldnt say no to. The VDB is almost gone too which makes this one very interesting.
It's a gorgeous Lincoln!! They are so tough to shoot in the plastic like that. I have one that I may send to PCGS for a regrade and have a TV done. I just can't get an accurate image without massive glare from the holder.
And then trying to positon the light that best shows the color without getting too much glare from the slab. This one was pretty tough. It seems i struggle more with PCGS slabs than I do NGC slabs.
Yes, PCGS slabs seem to almost focus the light in smaller bright spots. NGC plastic seems to scatter it across the plastic a little more making it almost diffuse. I can get away with shooting an axial hybrid setup with NGC holders much easier than I can with PCGS. With PCGS the center of the reflected light is much hotter than the rest.
The Earth's World Fair...... 3rd rock from The sun....you're not one of those aliens they been talking about in here are you?
