Does the Progressive Indirect Design Transfer, which is a form of die deterioration, have any impact on the grade?

I don't think that it draws away from the eye appeal in this case. If the coin was mushy then I would say the coin would take a big hit. But still should grade gem if nearly mark free.
The coin is currently running in the heritage auction. This is the bid at this time. given that it’s so many days before auction I’m sure the close will be much higher
