Dang. This one is tough. I really like the reverse, but the obverse looks hazy/cloudy to me (at least, in those pics). I think its a proof, but the strike is a little bit below what it should be (still much better than a business strike, though). I'm gonna call this one a PR-62, with low confidence in my guess.
I'm thinking it's a proof. If that's the case then the grade depends on hairlines, which don't show up in photos very well.Which makes this totally a WAG PR 64
Great looking reverse. The obverse keeps this one back. Is that a small ding at 12 o'clock on the obverse? PR 62
