Strike 64+ Luster 64 Eye appeal 65 Contact marks 63 This coin looks attractive, but the cheek and breast are too busy for a high grade. I'd call it a 63+. I think there's a good chance this one is PL.
I am on the fence with Pl 64+ todays grading. Still have yet to find an old PCI slab, I don't know their standards.
For the more part I believe that these old pci slabs were spot on for their time period . If it wasn't for the sake of saving the slab and the importance of the history of these slabs most of my slabs that were either rattlers , pci photo grades ,etc of other TPGS of this time period would be cracked out and sent in for a re grade . However until I am horizontal a posed to vertical they will remain as is. After that... I won't give a rats butt....
