The previously posted PCI Peace Dollar checked in at MS63. Here's a second one for your consideration.
MS 64, maybe 65 as little wear is evident on the high points. Do I see a die crack, on the bottom of the neck above the 9, or is it a scratch? I know most members would react (violently) at my suggestion that it be dipped in Tarn-X. Which dipping would stop the slight corrosion present, and make the coin much "snappier". Go ahead, my helmet is on! Gary in Washington
Slight wear on the hairline going over the crown. Or at least it looks like it from the photo. So 62? But it could be better in person.
I would agree with Lancek as to a 62. Although 1923's are known for some of the best strikes within the series, this one appears to be a later strike on the dies which may explain the die crack. While sticking with an MS62 I wouldn't be surprised if it were higher. A nice, smooth coin you have there.
The legs of the Eagle do not look right … almost a tooled look to them. Crown spike over the "B" is worn level to the letter. If its gradable AU58
Probably a 64 but it could make a 65 if it has luster that the camera misses. Nice little die crack on the left side of the neck.
Maybe I'm just feeling ornery but MS61. Weak luster (as photographed); detracting facial dings (nose, chin, and cheek); and, for the year, weak obverse and particularly reverse strikes. In general, a yawner.
