This is all about what you would grade the coin. I'll be posting 10 different Matte Proofs over the next week or two. They are all in early holders from the following services.
    NGC, PCGS, ANACS and PCI.

I took these to the last Fun Show with two things in mind. I had Todd image them and was going to crack them all and hand them to PCGS for grading. After talking with a few friends at the show, I decided to wait on messing with a change in holder.

Please let me know what you think about the image sizes. I had a hard time deciding what size was best for most. All opinions are welcome. Have fun.

I'll break the ice on this one. It was really nice when I bought it but it's now just an ugly problem.

This is a good lesson in how much spots affect grade.
    63RB is my guess.

I thought I got a great deal back in 1993. It was only $117.

If I understand it right, that might benefit from some conservation. Not everyone would go away, but several of the not-so-dark spots might.

I was thinking the same thing. I may give it a shot.

Probably accurate grade. NCS will not touch. Should acknowledge genuine color.

20 years ago $117 was a good deal with no spots, so my question is what would be a good deal today with a beautiful dalmatian like this one. I know the spots are a distraction but I like it. This is not an offer to buy just curiosity, unless you put out some ridiculously low price.:)
