I've been afraid to send this one in but am happy with the results.

Not knowing the series, I would guess AU50-53. Very interesting coin.

I know I didn't blur the cert number but there is a population of one so it would have been obvious anyway.

I don't see any obvious wear. I don't know this series...but on the reverse the leaves seem to be weakly struck as they don't have a lot of detail or luster...but they don't look worn smooth.

So...I'm going to say MS63 for this one.

Looking at it again you could be right. It could be lighting of higher points I am mistaking for wear.

Someone here once told me that a weak strike and wear will both show luster breaks. The way to tell them apart is to look at the area...is it glass smooth or very slightly rough. Very slightly rough will be texture where metal didn't quite fill the die which resulted in a weak strike. Glass smooth is wear. To me...I think I see the slightest bit of roughness in those areas.

Take those certification number off your image .
Otherwise, someone like me will check them, and know the grade ...

According to the OP...it's the only one that has ever been graded so it doesn't really matter. Hopefully nobody will spoil it.

IMO it looks more like a weak strike rather than wear. MS 61 (Doesn't appear to have much luster).

I was as surprised as anyone and happy with MS 62 but medoraman's comment was very informative and I can now se why 62 is a fair grade for this coin. I wish I could nail down a value for it but there are a lot of variables with this series. You guys were all very close and thanks to those that offered a grade. I thought it would come back MS60.

Sweet. I was close...I almost said "BN" but I didn't know if they graded all copper that way.
