    Have no idea how much slabbed coins cost, but I do know they sell for less than you pay for the coin and slab combined. ;)

    Planchet marks most likely. Scuffs and marks that were on the planchet prior to striking. Abe's shoulder doesnt always recieve a full strike, so the planchet marks can remain there. Very common on most business strikes.
