This coin will get sent to all the Major TPG's.
Who do I send it to first? And what is the Grade?
I have a third look at this coin, that I will show at a later time.

    Ms 60 or 61.
Don’t waste money sending to tpg. That coin has spent some time in a parking lot. Only worth melt.

REALLY nice lustre, but too many marks. It might make 63 due to that lustre, but 62 is more likely. If it had some freaky color, 64.

Yes, so many '64's have gone all flat matte.

You need to get more light on the coin and fix your white balance. From those photos I’m at MS62.

Why are you having this coin graded? What point are you trying to prove?

Booming luster. The distractions are overly highlighted, as suggested, but I still really like the photos. I'm pretty much w/ Kurt here on the grade, but think it's a little more likely to grade 63 than he. Anxious to see the third look!

My question is why? Are you attempting to prove/disprove the reliability of TPG's?

This was my initial impression as well, hence my questions, which the OP has yet to answer.

Several posters think the coin is a DDO, and since I don't know much about the market for Kennedy DDOs I will not question why he wants to grade the coin. That said, I personally don't think a very minor DDO variety would make a low grade Kennedy like this collectible enough to warrant spending money on grading fees. And it certainly isn't worth sending to more than one TPG.

MS62 at best. If it's one of the varieties and if you are truly intent on having it graded I would send it to ICG and call it a day at this grade level.

Well, first of all, it IS mint state, such as it it is. That makes it MS60 if it's the doggiest mint state ever. There are four factors that affect MS coin grades - 1) state of preservation (marks), 2) luster, 3) strike, and 4) eye appeal. This coin has a very strong strike and booming luster. Hence NOT a 60 or 61.
