    This is a three part gtg
    Grade, Slab and specifications written on the slab.

    Guarantee you the scratches are on the slab.

    i can't see enough through the slab.... Pure guess based on the carbon spots, PR-66.

    I'm guessing PR-70 DCAM 100% White in a PCI slab.

    100% white is not on the label.

    hmmm... I have no idea then, I'm not that familiar with PCI.

    I'm not either, and it's pretty obvious that not many folks want to grade a modern. For, slab induced toning alone. I couldn't pass it up. Plus I paid less than 5$ for it. I will post the grade in a little while.

    PR 70 DCAM - NTC

    I would guess it's at least a PR 67 (if not a 68 or 69, which most modern proof coins are). Nice find and it could be a good part of cheap slabs collection!
