The ticks on his chin and neck, the field between L and nose, and the marks field rev.
I think keep it at 66.

 

You beat me to it but same thoughts although i wouldn't be surprised if the TPG's have it graded higher.

66...Might be 65+ with that deep scratch in the obv. field, and the several hits on Ike,s neck and chin are a little too deep. For 66, should have fewer large marks. Could go either way in grade...borderline 66 at best. Not the greatest eye appeal...that,s why I drop a grade to borderline 66...if it were cleaner, had more luster, might be 66 or borderline 67.

 

I'll go with MS66 on a good day. On a Friday afternoon around 4:30? - perhaps MS65.

I'm at 66 on this one, if the luster is strong enough to carry it. Can't get a feel for the luster in these pics.

If the luster isn't strong, I'm at 65.

Well my fantasy football day is going to hell so beer time starts early. Here she is:


Well I dont like blue anacs holders that much but it isnt a bad coin. My grade is 66. It does have nice luster too, im just not the best photographer.

 

My summation is that coins in these holders, from ANACS, are consistently a grade too high...Just my opinion...
