I'll go with 68 as well but the image is really dark.

Hard to say in plastic but moon spots should be really clear on the right, and more feathers showing on chest, on the reverse, I look at that stuff. its certainly a nice deep cameo coin.

For some reason it seems like Deep Cameo is tough to get on Ikes. Maybe Im remembering wrong.

And what about the varieties for this date?

I'm talking about varieties for this coin and this date, because of Referred in http://www.ikegroup.info
"Now, let’s turn to the Design Variety Proof Peg Legs, shown in Figure 4. The first three are Straight Peg Leg (SPL) Design Varieties and the fourth is probably a Design Variety Peg Leg but it’s too early to be sure."

    Figure 4:

And because the variety called FS-103 referred in the same site "www.ikegroup.info/FS-103.pdf" into the page 4.

In according to the Ikegroup, the statistics of grading for FS-103 is as follow:
"The distribution of the MMPs of PCGS attributed FS103 coins is as follows (by PCGS certification number):
    MMP1 16375225
    MMP2 32979503 12836594 30100910 29616371 28235120 33815232
    MMP3 26870002 31866978 28944434 27301777 29639509 33815233
    MMP4 32231984
Note: 14545936 PCGS PR63 not included, as it was not even a proof (was a 1971S SB mislabeled and misattributed cert verification confirms that is now reholdered as a MS63 no longer attributed as a FS103)
Therefore, of 30 coins attributed by PCGS (as of 2/28/2017) as FS103, 14 (47%) were reviewed for MMP.
The MMP for these 14 coins were distributed across 4 MMPs, or, in other words, four separate dies were represented.
    Of the 14,
    1 (7%) was MMP1,
    6 (43%) were MMP2,
    6 (43%) were MMP3,
    and 1 (7%) was MMP4."

Well, nobody wants to guess the Grade? So I'll post the certified grade picture tonight, when I go back from work.

I just don't understand why they did not certificate the varieties "Proof Straight Peg Leg" and "FS-103" for this coin.

You may have to pay extra to have it put on the label.
