I pass on guessing the grade. I do think it might be an interesting variety. The insides of the wings look like what I call a type M. But it looks weaker, so it is probably a class III doubled die. These are not worth much unless they also have rotational or pivoted doubling as well. I do not have a good record spotting varieties from pics.
