We cannot possibly offer an accurate grade from closeups of the center of the coin. You should know better than that.
The whole point of the post is that the "focal area's" is what dictates the grade. In other words, a grader will view a coin in hand, assess a grade and then look at the focal areas to validate the initial grade or drop it a point or 2. Very well, grade away.
Looks 65 to me. Finding the top of the shield clean is pretty tough with these. I think I'd soak in in alcohol though.
As I type this , I am leaning towards 64 but I believe NGC gave it a 65.... If it's pcgs, then I'll go back to my original guess, 64
My concerns lie with the marks on the cheek and more specifically, the apparent scraping across the ear. On the reverse, the shield is clear until you get into the stripes which have typical dings and one large hit near the bottom. Foillow that up with the hits below the tail feathers and that nasty hit between F and D. I'll never understand why this coin got an "MS67" si9nce MS66 is the best I'd go.
