PF 68 ....mirror fields but no cameo contrast....looks very clean and I'm guessing it's angled to help show that off

I’m no where experience to grade but the comparisons I looked at, my terminology is “ high end”! Very nice!

It is a MS 69. I think it is over graded, so I did not buy it. I rarely post pictures of coins I do not own, or did not own, but in this case I was thinking about it. I agree that it should have graded as a 67-68 tops. I am waiting to upgrade my 1964 proof from a 67* to a 69, until I see a coin that is more definitively superior. The dealer calling it a DDR also seems dubious to me. Passed

 

This is the coin I ended up buying. It is a NGC PF 69. I think it solidly grades 69. It has bright surfaces, yet has some cameo ( not enough for a cam designation). Then again, it did not cost $500, which is the going rate for a 1964 Kennedy PF 69 cam.

I think it will fit my Kennedy collection just fine.
