These are in for grading at NGC, lets hear some opinions.

    I'm hoping for a 66PL on the 55-S, and a AU53 on the dime.

64 red on the Lincoln. I think they’ll downgrade it on the die polish lines
Xf 40 on the dime. Strike from worn dies and no luster left to command a higher grade

Getting a PL or cameo designation on that Lincoln would be a game changer.

I’ll go 65RD on the Lincoln and 45 on the Seated. Nice dime! That’s not a date you see often.

Not sure how the 55-S didn’t even get the star. 723AD50D-8D3D-402F-B502-A541A9F250B5.png

    Happy with the 74-S.

Now there's none known....however to the left of the date there looks to be a "4" take a closer look at that area. Plus under the rock across the top of the date.

Maybe the reverse. The obv looks good. You can see the luster on the reverse in my pics.

It is easier since I do have it in hand.p

Found this one for another member here the other night. It is an love token on the rev. Of an 1890 seated dime. It's a mpd look to the right of the Y in Libertty . The top of the 8 can be seen. 1890 Seated Liberty Dime Love Token MPD-105.jpg

I don’t see that 74-s at au at all 45 on the best of days

    IMO both are overgraded.

BigTee, can you comment on the amount of luster on the dime, which would be the main determining factor in the grade, if the coin is weakly struck? At AU55 there should be substantial luster in the fields. It is difficult to determine from photos. thanks
