The surfaces on the obverse are pristine with only a few small ticks on the torch. The luster looks very strong as well as does the strike. The photos are too fuzzy to tell if it has FT and the lack of edgeview holder means that it might have been graded prior to the FT designation's inception in 2003. Could also be an old ANACS slab. I'm going with NGC MS67.
