Sorry, I normally take a shot at these, but I just didn't see this one.
Lovely looking coin, well worth the 67

Can't wait to get it in hand.. if you look at the closeup of the steps, you can see they are not FS but if you look at the L's the I and the N in Monticello it very much looks like doubling to me... maybe just the pic but I don't think so :D

It doesn't have the look of hub doubling to me, and there is only one DDR known to Variety Vista and doesn't include Monticello. It would be unlikely that a hub doubled reverse has come to light after 77 years. Maybe study it closer when you have it in hand and can light it better. JMO, others may see something I am not

I would have thought the strike was too weak for a 67.
    Don't see any detracting marks.
    BUT
    Look at Jefferson's hair.
Look at the lack of steps.

    I thought 65.

OK finaly in hand (had a lil delay getting it but was my fault lol)
not my best pics (still on phone but should have a very nice cam again soon)
I am very very happy to say even if my pics are not good enough to show it, it IS a DDR-01 complete with the die crack in the far right window :D 20211014_011637.jpg 20211014_011653_HDR.jpg
