    I am not sure if this coin quite gets a 65, I think that the contacts are a little too distracting. I am at 64 maybe a plus depending on the toning.
    The last photo says it might make 5FS.
    Final grade MS64+5FS

    Bad ding above the L or this grades higher. Great coin.
    I think it is a 65. Nickels are tough to grade.
    The very bottom step is not full.

    64 5 FS RPM 009 also
    One must remember or know that nickels of this era were either FS or 5 FS nickels. There are some dates in the Jefferson series that you could spend a lifetime searching for one that has full steps. And never find one.

    NGC would of graded it 64/65 5 FS not a FS nickel
