    Hello night owls,

I'd posted in an earlier thread about getting some new TrueViews. Here's another one from recent batch:

I'm a huge fan of that slight peachy, golden toning to the right of Liberty.

I'll reveal this one tomorrow, about 24 hours from now.

    Cheers!

I know that it's going to grade in the mid-60s, but dang it, what do you call the blemish on her thigh and on the breast feathers. I wouldn't buy this for mid-60 prices.

PS - No, I didn't get up on the wrong side of the bed. But I have grown disillusioned with gradeflation and the dependence on TPGs. I'm proud of the Norwegian numismatists who prefer non-slabbed coins and are brutal graders. No gradeflation in the land of my paternal ancestors.

A lot of 66s so I'll see you a 67. That reverse is superb.

Nice Walker! Not at all baggy, half decent hand as typical, sharpe rays. The bird looks angry as ever. Decent strike overall, well preserved surfaces combined with eye catching toning give this coin excellent overall eye appeal and my grade of MS66. Thanks for sharing.

Besutiful Walker. Both her leg and bust appear to show a couple of adjacent dings. Post mint or not?

Lustrous, attractive, well struck (full thumb), and very few marks. The marks that are present are tiny and not distracting.

I wouldn't be surprised if this one were a 67.

I'm at a solid 66 but could be a +. Not quiet a 67 due to tiny nicks.

I agree that what marks are present are tiny but the location of those tiny marks led me to grade the coin MS66+ instead of MS67.

I went back and forth on it. The marks on her breast are the most significant, and may be what puts it into 66+.

That was my thinking exactly. I was at MS67 until I saw the breast.
