    The photos are kinda blurry, the strike is kinda mushy, and the coin seems lackluster. Despite the clean surfaces, my initial impression was MS64.

    Still a great coin, I like the light blue toning on the front.

    Yea when you crop pics on the iPhone it makes the picture kind of blurry

    If that was a Morgan Dollar it would be in a 64-65 slab.

    Do you think it got net graded because of the minor scratches on the reverse?

    Yes.

    The rest of the coin is attractive, but the scratches kill it.
