Here is a 1925 St. Gaudens Double Eagle that is part of my collection. The coin was won in a contest by my grandmother back in the 1970s and she gave it to be a little more than a decade ago (shortly before she passed away). I have since had it graded and it now lives in a PCGS slab. So, what do you think it grades: Also, always trying to improve my coin photography. Any advice or critiques are always welcome.
Gold is tougher for me to grade, because it's softer and they allow more hits because of that. But I'm at MS-63 on this as well.
I grade it priceless - a gift from your grandmother has so much more than any monetary value can even approach.
