Could you try taking the photos again, in focus? I can't really offer a grade from these pics, except that it looks lustrous, white, and is probably attractive.
+1 looks to be a 64 FH however I wouldn't confirm that with the images. The FH could be not given and the grade drop at least a point. Reshoot, and post a new image
The surfaces and strike are MS65 quality but my overall impression of the coin from those photos is that the luster has been impaired somewhat by a dipping. I would net grade the coin at MS63 FH. Maybe you could take another set of photos.
This is one of my favorite designs, BTW, so I am a little emotional when I see a good one like this, I'll admit. I think it's the soaring eagle. Eagles weren't meant to stand like a stuffed animal. I like this design a lot better than any perched eagle as I just think it represents liberty a lot stronger. Oh well, back to monkey-grading coins.
Nice, but the picture is not as clear as to id a full head to me. I feel it's a high 60's to a 65. I like the luster, the fields are clean and free of ticks as to the resolution of the picture. The shield's rivets are all full, and only about two or three are flat looking at the very top [see at 9:00. The knee has a flat spot. The eagle's chest feathers are strong. Nice coin. look at this from PCGS has pictures to ID. The head ban is flat. see https://www.pcgs.com/News/Tips-From-The-Grading-Room Part 1 On the 1917 and later, you look at the ear area.
