Hi, Recently got this for about 28 USD in a part of a large lot at an auction. Was considering sending this in to PCGS, I would appreciate it if anyone can help me decide what grade it might get. Thanks in advance!
Nice, but you need better lighting in the photos. The spots on Vick's jowls and cheek look to be friction as do the veil folds. The reverse is average to slightly better than average strike - George's chest suffers worst. If the "friction" is not so objectionable, it may be able to reach the 58-62 range.
