    65, love the contrast!

    Edit: I'm guessing though that it got the coin a grade bump rather that a PL designation.

    If those marks are breaks in the luster (rev) then I say 63 if just a some specs that got into the slab then MS64. Looks to clean.

    MS 64 PL ....I think a few nicks prevented the MS 65

    There's something else that most have missed on this specimen and that is it is an FS-C50 -1893-301
    In other words a sweet cherry pick of an commemorative RPD. and my resoures are old but in 65 that's a $ 600.00 find.:cigar:

    I'll make the step up...

    MS66

    (It's probably a 65PL, but man that's a stellar Columbian!)

    ***Edit***

    With images on the web, I look at wear, and then assume the luster is there or not, based on the wear, as luster is not always apparent in web images.

    My actual guess may have gone to 66PL, but there are none in that grade.
