What is the grade instead of gtg sorry.

 

The brown stains have me wondering.

I would agree that it is a MS64 unless the grading team decides that the brown toning took away from the luster and eye appeal, then we're looking at a 62 or 63.

 

See if you can "degoo it" w/acetone-distilled water rinse first,kinda looks like pvc?....

 

I thought it was just tonning.
