Use the poll to guess the grade. Also do you think the coin earned a star?

List any comments you have to support your decision.

it looks like a 63 to me. strong strike and nice toning but the marks on the cheek hold the grade down, imo.

MS63. Reverse looks quite a bit nicer than the obverse.

    63. Obverse is a 62, and reverse a 64, so that equals 63. Nice toning, but not enough to get the star. Crescent toning can get the star, but I don’t see this coin with a star.

I think your photos are muting the color and luster a little bit and that the coin is more attractive in hand than in the photos. The obverse surfaces are rough and it would be hard to see anything above MS63.

    My grade: MS63*

The plethora of contact marks should limit this to a 63. The toning looks quite attractive and may have earned a Star. I'll bet this is quite attractive in hand.

@Lehigh96 got this one which doesn’t surprise me.

Pretty unanimous on the guesses and the 4 votes in the poll for 63+ were spot on as the coin has a CAC meaning it’s solid for the grade.

Yup, I got it as well. The slab shots you posted actually make it look better - if you had posted those, I think you would have gotten both higher grade guesses and more star guesses.

I thought 63 and maybe a star. The slab pics id said definitely a star
