I have not done a Guess The Grade in a while. I just picked up this beautiful 1883 Morgan Dollar, again from my favorite shop. Let's see if you have what it takes to be a potential graduate from the Ed Wood Numismatic University...

Beautiful coin. I am going to say MS 66. The cheek marks are minimal. I would green bean it as well.

Well this one is difficult given that all I have is my assistant's old Blackberry while I'm in Aruba with a renowned international client. Once I'm back in the office I should have a better idea. For now I'll say it's a solid 65 that could go 64 on a bad day or 66-66+ on a good day.

"In my grading system, that's a 66, you can count on it"

    I too think it's a 66.

Why'd you go and let the cat out of the bag! Now the press release I spent hours on won't be as special!:p:D

Just do as he does, and make stuff up.

Also, I think he does press releases similar to his grading predictions.. After the event is over.....
