With those pictures, the best I can tell you is that it is an 1881S. The grade could be anything from 61 to 64. It could be PL or DMPL. There is just no way to be more precise from those pictures.
I have a solution that makes both parties happy, simply skip over this thread and go find another thread to enlighten with your years of experience. I am having a wonderful day, i just had a one on one w john roberts of Anacs who authenticated my clashed D mercury dime which I flipped instantaneously for a nice lump sum ... You couldnt wizz in my cheerios if u tried! PS, its a challenge to attribute a dmpl/pl no matter how good one's images are. Thats what makes this a fun exercise PPS, if there are more than 3 guesses I guarantee you someone nails this!! Big reveal tommorow, Miller Time!
I already switched my grade 1X and I'm about to do it again as I really can't get a good read for the surfaces , Back to my original 63 PL .
The winner is..........................Me......lol I paid $55 for this, i wanted to crack this out but it goes against everything i stand for... Undergraded IMO, but to quote some long time hobbyists " they are tougher on 80-81S"
