Use the poll to guess the grade. List any comments you have to support your decision.

MS67 but again I don’t collect Morgan’s or graded coins. Playing the GTG to try and get better. The reverse is fantastic. Looks slight wear in strike or detail around the ear curl.

    Very nice coin.

MS 65. Nice clean coin, with attractive surfaces, and nice luster, despite the unflattering angle of the photographs. Any other date would grade higher, as TPGs are very tough on 1881s.

Really hard to judge the luster, but the surfaces look remarkably mark-free in these pictures. I went with 66 because that dip-residue toning is quite unattractive, in my opinion, and I can't really see anything that would limit it to 65.

I don’t see much marks but it doesn’t have great luster or pop. I said 65

66 ...looks clean throughout but average eye appeal (at least from my interpretation of the photos) prevents a higher grade

Several of you got this one correct. OGH @ 65.

That’s more than an OGH, that’s a rattler.

Yup, that is a conservatively graded rattler. I definitely wouldn't crack it out because that rattler slab is a collectible in its own right.

But that would *easily* earn a CAC sticker of some sort.

I think it gets a gold, the coin looks like a solid MS66 to me.

Honestly, the slab reveal has me less convinced. There's a lot more disturbance in the obverse field in front of her face evident in those pictures than was obvious in the first sets of pictures. I think it's a lock for a green CAC; I'm not convinced on the gold.
