65PL was my initial thought

 

I'm going to guess 66 based on how clean the coin is and the strong luster (not sure about PL).

I cannot tell what VAM it is for the life of me. I notice that the S is very close to the ribbon, so I'm going to go on a wild guess and say 23.

I am at 65 It is on the border of PL but I think that there is enough frost on the reverse fields to keep it back..

Take it out of the plastic, it's hard to grade it looking through plastic.

 

Looks pretty clean, so I'll guess 65.

Can you take more pictures where the whole coin is well lit and in focus? There are strange areas of dark and light and blurry in these pics.

It looks like an attractive coin, but I can't accurately grade from these.

If I saw this on Ebay, I'd throw up a 64 bid and hope for something higher to appear if I won.

 

I said, take it out of the plastic. What's the big deal?

65. I’m no good at determining PL from pics.

Longshot hit it on the nose its an 64 + in hand I believe it to be PL Jerry a member here was with me when I pick it up. He couldn't believe it wasn't PL as we did the mirror test and you definitely can read in the fields what ever you stand it up on very clearly.
