    I have a hard time looking at that nasty mark on her face and thinking of this as MS64. I'm with Ken.......MS63.

    I think most of what we see going on is just frost breaks and not really that bad, it just photographs badly. I would go MS-64 on this one.

    I also see that cheek and neck and think MS 62.
    I would not be surprised if the holder had MS 63 though since the mark might not look so bad in hand.
