    First grade that popped into my head was MS-62.

    Definitely a weak strike but I can't see any wear in the photos, I'm going to go with MS61, the FEC is one of the better designed coins of the U.S. IMO, very nice!

    Thinking I'm low with my 55 guess, but just moving to 58. What's going on above the eagle makes me think it didn't make MS.
    I'm probably still all wrong though.

    It's a soft one, but I agree it's showing everything it's got. MS62, with the die weakness noted.

    I think it graded AU-58. It's a very weak strike, as previously noted, but I think I see some wear points. Compare to my 1857 below, PCGS AU-58 and a similar very weak strike.

    I can see anything in the 55-62 range.

    I'll say wear/minimal hits/decent luster = AU 58
