I'm in the VF 20 Camp, too.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

    I'm at VF-20.

Realistically, it may have the detail for a 25 grade, but that is an unusual grade and you don't see it very often.

C2 die state 3 - R6 (..allegedly. Does anyone keep a tally of these old coppers like they do with VAMs?)

I was going to guess 25 details; but the high mag images really over emphasize the specks of corrosion (or gunk). Nice coin.

I was at 25 straight grade I didn’t think it crusty enough for a detail grade

Agreed on this, the original images were overexposed and exaggerated the negative aspects of the coin. Looks more natural and wholesome in hand.

I was going between VF-30 and 35. Looking at PCGS-graded VF-30’s and VF-35’s led me to say VF-35.

Much more so, particularly with early Large Cents.

    I'd have guessed VF-25.
