Is the Liberty just a weak strike, or is it some kind of wear?

I need to see better pictures of the reverse - from your pics, it does not look good.

 

I think there low on it reverse has some spotty toning not real attractive but I thought 45-50

Only thing I can think of is maybe they dinged it for eye appeal. Even so, I'd still give it 45. Nice rotated reverse, too.
