    The coin has a lot of hair detail, but the surfaces look like a Fine to me. I voted F-15. I imagine that this coin is in a VF-20 or 25 holder.

    PCGS called it VF-20.

    I was at F-15 on this one.

    NGC called this coin F-15 when I sent it in, and PCGS called it VF-25. This is what a VF should look like.
