Ok, you guys are going to laugh when you read this but,

So I have a bunch of coins and all of them are in the cases I bought them in,
I wanted to put them all in the staple cardboard flips. But everytimw I try to put a coin in one, I staple one side and it moves up and I can't get the whole coin to show (the edges are always blocked)

does anyone have any way on how I can get the coins in there without them moving.

I put three staples in my 2X2s and place them close to the viewing area so if the coin moves its not going to move very far. I hope this helps.

thats what I mean, When you staple the sides, the coin wont go in all the way.

    Wait a minute.
    Try a larger size opening.
You may be using a nickel in a dime holder, or cent in a dime holder.

Use a bigger flip? I always use nickle flips for cents, and quarter flips for nickles, etc. I always like to give my coins some "breathing room". ;)

i hold the 2x2 with my thumb over the coin and hold it in place while i staple the 2x2. i put 4 staples in each 2x2 parallel to the four edges close to the coin. locks them right in place.

I hope I'm wrong---but from that quote it sounds like you are putting the coin in the flip AFTER you have put the staples in it????? First step is to have the open 2x2. Place the coin in there and fold it over top of the coin. Then staple it.

Wow - I am glad I use airtites. I don't think I could master those 2x2's in my old age. :)
