According to Numista This coin has 2 varieties

One with a hole in the heart above the lion in the middle. I think this coin is that particular variety - but am not 100% sure.

Not sure which one you have - Numista mentions three variants exist:
1: Normal heart above the lion in the middle
2: Hole in the heart above the lion in the middle
3: Hole in the heart [above the lion in the middle] and "double struck" (or "double die") of the heart and the bottom crown

 

I read that. Bad description. Those are 2 separate issues.

Your photo looks like variety #3 on these pics I posted above. #3 variety from @BasSWarwick list from post #2 above.

I have never seen the doubled die with the hole in the heart.

Yours sure looks like the doubled die with the hole in the heart, can you take a closeup photo of the coat of arms?
