Green tinted Merc Dimes...

    I know that these are not the best pictures to show the really great toning of the Mercury Dimes. My camera will not pick up the colors. I guess I was wondering what, if anything I could do to stop the black "caking". I don't really mind it because I think it shows how long they have survived but wanted to know if it affected their value.

    Proper storage will stop this from progressing. Low heat low humidity and a different folder/alblum should do the trick.
