I have two Antioch Tetradrachmai, and I cannot read the greek numerals, I would really appreciate it if one of you knowledgeable fellows would let me know which regnal year these two date to...thanks.

Duh, I was looking at the wrong part of the legend. My bad. Year three on the first two, Year four on the last one.

To type Greek letters, on a PC at least, go to Accessories - System Tools - Character Map. ΓΔ

Just to be absolutely certain.....year 3 on the Philip I one would be AD 247 ? and on the Philip II one, year 4 would be AD 248 ? I just want to be sure...

You would have to check the Antiochene dating system for what date it starts on. I think its Actian, but I could be wrong. It would be a range of dates, maybe 247-248 or 248-249.

Thanks mate, I've always liked the Roman Tetradrachm, These are the only ones I have now other than a Nero with the eagle and simpulum reverse. I hope to get more, I really like the nice cuirassed busts personally.
