Greek coin ID... or something else?

    Bronze coin 16mm coin 4.68 gr in weight.

    Seleucid Artemis and quiver I would guess. I'm not sure of what ruler, someone here will know.

    The head looks female and the reverse has two lines of greek test horizontaly.
    From what I can read under magn.glass lower line reads "parta"

    I have something similar in the bag of Romans mystery coin envelope. Your coin is in better shape, but I'm still stumped. Maybe one of the collectors here with actual knowledge will jump in and help. When "actual knowledge" is part of the criteria, it eliminates me as a suspect.

    I was told it came from todays Albania, if that helps
