Have any if you been to the A.N.A. museum in Colorado Springs ? I went there when I first started collecting back in the early 90's. I plan to go back again some day just for the sake that I really didn't know what I was looking at then. All I remember is the $100,000 bill framed and hanging on the wall, also the gold coins. The rest is a blur, quite the rookie. :hatch:

I go there about once a week. (I live 10 or 15 minutes from ANA Headquarters.)

At the moment they have an 1804 Silver Dollar, three (of 5) 1913 Liberty Nickels, 1794 Silver Dollar (thought to be the first US Silver Dollar ever struck), 1933 Eagle, and the Bass Collection (the only complete date and mintmark set of US Gold coins plus several patterns).

Yea, I read somewhere that they now had the Bass collection. Damn I would love to see that place again. I think I will plan a trip for next year.Got deer season comming up in November so I better start saving up now for the "Springs".

Sounds like a great place to visit. Do they give out free samples?

You mean a $100,000 bill is rare? Maybe I should start cashing all mine in. I usually carry them for paying for gas for my cars. :smile

If you've been to the ANA Show, you'd see that they (the BEP) has an uncut sheet of 12.
