I have heard alot about buying on EBay for this site so I really Research EVERYTHING I buy, BUT... Recently I bought some coins from a seller and I think it was an amazing deal. I got - 100 unsearched Wheat Pennies, 1 1943 steel penny, 1 Silver mercury Dime, 1 Liberty 'V' Nickel, 1 Silver Roosevelt Dime, 1 Buffalo Nickel, 1 Indian Head Penny and 1 Standing Liberty Quarter. For only $45. I dont know the dates, but with with just the coins themselves do you think I got a good deal???

I might pay $15 for that lot, if they are all good or better. A couple months ago, it would have been $10.

Awesome deal. Stoked to hear you are happy with your purchase. Asking people if they think you a got a good deal, is asking to get beat up on.....

inevitable someone is going to say you wasted your money plus just to be a debbie downer... the fact is ,any US Coin is only worth what its face value is anywhere in the US

    with that said....

If anyone tells you that you paid too much make sure they sell you the same lot for less delivered to your door. OR AT LEAST gives you solid valid links to similar offerings that are available. Otherwise ignore post like the one above this one.

It's all about the condition of the coins as to how you did. If they're all average circulated you probably didn't get that good of a deal. If they are mint state then you got an amazing deal.

You've obviously enjoyed your purchase. You got a few things out of that assortment that really appeal to you. That's nice. I almost feel like the parent telling their child there is no Santa Clause, for alas dear fellow, there are no "unsearched items" on e-bay. Take care next time you bite......
