Well I do not know what the grey sheet is, but the only thing I do not like is the red on the C in cent. If it was brown like the rest of the reverse that would be one nice coin. I would say the price was a little high, but maybe not that much - just from looking at heritage.

That coin has been cleaned. I would pass on it.

I do not see that at all. I have seen plenty of PCGS and NGC coins with red spots like that, but I would not call that cleaned. I also do not see anything else on this coin to call it cleaned - even the uneven color on the obverse does not look like it was caused by cleaning. I know NGC is not perfect, but I do not think this coin is cleaned. Of course we all know I am not an expert.

I don't know what it is worth, but I feel it's a bit high, but I have bought only one large cent in the past, so I'm looking for opinions from the experts I don't know if I'll even go for this one or not.

To me it has a cleaned and retoned look. I also think it suffered from some PVC damage. From what I can tell there is still PVC built up around liberty in the headband. It could be dirt, but I don't think it is.
