Any ideas what these would be graded at? They are all crisp, like they just came off the press...

the $1 i would give 61 or so, some of the corners are rounded
the $2 i would maybe a 62 due to the centering probs
the $5 i would give a 60... the note does not have that new color, it looks like it has a couple smudges, and the edges do not look fresh
the $10 i would give a 60 .. it also loks to have a couple smudges, and a rounded corner or 2

    Hello Dizzyone...

From what I can see, here is how I would call it.

    From Top to Bottom:

    1. The $1 Note has a long horizontal fold and some top edge wrinlkes as well as some corner bends..I would say XF- XF+

    2. The $10 Note also has a horizontal fold with top edge wrinkles XF45-AU

    3. The $5 Note has several crease lines running through the body of the note(look closely and you will see them). It also has a Center fold and some corner bends and edge wrinkles as well...again XF-XF45 maybe low AU

    4. The $2 Note is the one you stole from me!! LOL It is a NY* Note in very nice condition. The limiting factor on that one is the tiny top margin that prevents this one form a higher grade such as Gem...I would say New 62 to CHCU 62

There ya have it...if ya wnat to let go of the NY Note let me know...

wow, i was way past the point of being tired hen i graded them! while i think RickieB is a bit harder grading :D i do think they are closer then my original grades. He is right on the folds too. As always, grading them in hand would be MUCH easier!
