grading proof 70

    Considering the special handling and double striking would the main determination of Proof 70 be the lack of hairlines and degree of frosting? What magnification and lighting would be used to find hairlines at proof 70?

    A strong light and 8x magnification :D

    There is really no hard set rule---all of the grading companies use things that the others don't.....some use the un-aided eye...and others use 4X and some use 5x.

    SGS MS70= A few nicks, a few blemishes. Some carbon spots and maybe some wear that can be ignored if shined in the right angle on ebay lol
