Grading Opinions - 1961D Memorial

    Mainly I search rolls looking for wheat and variety pennies, with varying success rates. But, I also really get a kick out of finding nice Memorials from the '60s..

    Just to satisfy my own curiosity, what do you think this would grade as? In case the pics don't show it well.. the coin is as red as red can be...

    I'm on my laptop which makes it a bit more difficult than if I were at home, but I would guess 63 or 64 RD.

    MS-64 for sure maybe 65. with a better photo I would say Red but the picture make it look RB

    Thanks for the opinions, guys.
    I'm trying to put a collection together of all of the 60s pennies in MS++ condition. I'm finding more quality examples of early 60s (60-63) than mid or laters. Although.. my father-in-law recently gave me a gorgeous 69S.

    As a side note, I think the 60s pennies tone very, very nicely. I have another 61D that's similar quality-wise to this 61D, except that it's developed a brilliant blue/purple sheen over it. Beautiful stuff..
